Free Daycare Flyer Maker

A daycare flyer maker turns the ages you care for, your hours, open spots, license number and phone into an enrollment flyer for parent boards, pediatric offices and local groups. Tell Deepege about your daycare, add your logo if you have one, and get a flyer, then a square post, a story and a parent group post in the same chat. No templates to edit and no design skills needed.

Deepege chat mockup: ages, hours, open spots and license number typed in, and a vertical daycare flyer
Mockup: one daycare enrollment offer as a vertical flyer, a square post and a vertical story in matching blue

One enrollment offer for boards, groups and feeds

Parents look for care on boards at libraries and pediatric offices, in neighborhood groups and in their feeds. Make the flyer first, then ask Deepege for a square post and a vertical story in the same chat, with the same colors, ages, hours and open spots, so families recognize your daycare wherever they see it.

Mockup: a simple acorn logo attached in the chat and a square daycare post in the same colors

Start from your own logo and colors

Attach your logo or a picture of your colors, up to two reference images at a time, and say how each one should be used. AI redraws the image, so details can change. Toy blocks, a sun or a small house work well; do not pass off an AI picture as a photo of your rooms, and never upload photos of children without written permission from their parents.

Mockup: a daycare flyer next to a parent group post and a reply to a parent asking about openings

The flyer and the parent post together

A flyer gets a call; a warm post and a quick reply turn it into a tour. In the same chat, ask Deepege for a post for a parents group, a reply to a parent asking about openings, or a waitlist update, written from the same facts. For longer posts, use the Facebook post generator.

Used across industries

Daycare center example: a vertical flyer for ages 1-5, Monday to Friday 7 AM to 6 PM, 2 spots open

Daycare centers

A center has two openings for January. Deepege makes a blue vertical flyer with "Now enrolling", "Ages 1-5 · Mon-Fri 7 AM - 6 PM", "2 spots open for January" and the license number for the library board, then a square post for a parents group.

Home daycare example: a square flyer for a licensed home daycare, ages 6 months to 4 years

Home daycares

A licensed home daycare fills an infant spot. Deepege makes a warm square flyer with "Small group, big hearts", "Ages 6 months - 4 years" and "Meals and naps included" to share in neighborhood groups.

Preschool example: a vertical story for a pre-K open house on Saturday, January 16, ages 3-5

Preschools and pre-K

A preschool invites families to an open house. Deepege makes a vertical story with "Pre-K open house" and "Sat, Jan 16 · 10 AM - 12 PM", then a matching flyer to send home with current families.

What to put on a daycare flyer

  • Who you care for, such as "Ages 1-5" or "Infants and toddlers". Parents of a baby need to know right away if you take infants.
  • Your hours and schedule, such as "Mon-Fri 7 AM - 6 PM" and "Full-time and part-time".
  • Open spots, such as "2 spots open for January". A real number and a start month get more calls than "Now enrolling" alone.
  • Your license or registration number. Several states require it on every ad (see below), and parents look for it anyway.
  • What is included, only if true: meals, naps, a learning program, outdoor play.
  • One way to reach you: a phone number for calls and texts, or a line such as "Call to book a tour". Leave a home daycare's street address off a public flyer and share it when you book the tour.

Ideas by kind of program

Program Headline idea Details to add
Daycare center Now enrolling Ages, hours, open spots, license number
Home daycare Small group, big hearts Ages, group size, meals and naps, license number
Infant room Infant spots open Starting age, hours, start month
Preschool / pre-K Pre-K open house Date, time, ages, what families will see
After-school After-school care Pickup from which schools, hours, homework help

Where to use it

  • Libraries, community centers and pediatric offices that have a community board. Ask before you pin it up.
  • Parent groups on Facebook and Nextdoor, before January and fall enrollment.
  • Current families, as a flyer to share with friends or a story they can repost.

Rules to check before you hand them out

  • License number in ads. Some states require the license or registration number on every advertisement. Florida law says you may not advertise a child care facility or family child care home without its license or registration number (Fla. Stat. §402.318). California requires child care centers to show the license number in all advertisements (22 CCR §101162), and Maryland requires centers to say they are licensed and include the license number (COMAR 13A.16.03.09). Rules differ by state, so check with your state licensing office through Childcare.gov.
  • Only true claims. Write "licensed", "CPR certified" or "accredited" only if it is current, and do not promise outcomes such as "ready to read by age 4".
  • Photos of children. Use real photos only with written permission from parents; an AI picture should not stand in for your own rooms or kids.
  • Mailboxes. In the US, only postage-paid mail may go in a mailbox (18 U.S.C. §1725), so do not put flyers inside or on mailboxes.

How this tool works

Edit the prompt above with your ages, hours, openings and license number. After you sign in, Deepege opens a new chat and sends your prompt; attach your logo there, and the flyer appears in the chat. Ask for changes or other sizes, then download. Hiring teachers too? Use the hiring poster maker. Babysitting on your own instead of running a daycare? Use the babysitting flyer maker. For the post that goes with it, try the Facebook post generator.

FAQ

What is a daycare flyer maker?

It is a tool that turns your ages, hours, open spots, license number and contact details into an enrollment flyer. On this page you describe your daycare, and Deepege chat makes the flyer, which you can change or resize by chatting and then download.

Is this daycare flyer maker free?

Yes, you can try it for free. You get free credits on sign-up, so you can open Deepege chat from this page and make a flyer right away. When the credits run out, you can keep going on a paid plan.

Do I need to put my license number on a daycare flyer?

In some states, yes. Florida, California and Maryland, for example, require licensed child care programs to show their license or registration number in ads. Rules differ by state and program type, so check with your state licensing office, and type your number exactly into the prompt.

Will the ages, hours and phone number be correct?

Not always. AI images can still get a letter or a number wrong. Keep the text short, put the exact words in quotes, and check every age, time, phone number and license number before you print or post. If something is wrong, ask Deepege to fix it in the same chat.

Can it make tear-off tabs, a QR code or an editable template?

It makes flyer, post and story images. It does not make tear-off tab layouts, a working QR code or print files with bleed, and you download an image, not an editable template. Ask your print shop for the size they need before you print.

Can I use the flyers for my daycare?

Yes, you can use them in print and in your posts. Make sure you have the rights to any logo or photo you upload, that you have written permission from parents for any photo of a child, and that claims like "licensed" or "accredited" are true. See the Deepege user agreement for details.
